| The District of Hope is a two-hour drive, east of Vancouver and home to 7000 residents. Hope is the gateway to and from the interior of British Columbia. The Hope area is a great place for outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, photography. It's also known for its incredible chainsaw carvings and sailplane gliding.
